Decidian is provided by BrightBoard AS (the maker of Decidian) and offers AI-powered analysis for executives and board members. All output, including reports, panels, and chat, is decision-support only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. You are responsible for exercising independent judgment on all decisions.
Decidian is in early access; paid subscriptions are being rolled out, and the following applies as they are enabled.
Plans: Board member 990 kr per month and Board chair 2 490 kr per month (EUR equivalents shown at checkout), billed monthly. Boardroom plans are annual per-board agreements arranged directly with us.
Every plan starts with one free month. No payment details are required to start. To continue after the free month you add a payment method. If you do not, access simply pauses, with no surprise charges.
You can cancel anytime. Access runs to the end of the paid month. No refunds for partial months unless required by law. Prices may change with 30 days notice before your next renewal.
All analysis is generated by artificial intelligence (EU AI Act Art. 50). Output may contain errors, outdated information, or incomplete analysis. Always verify critical numbers independently before acting.Decidian does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis. Your inputs are not used to train AI models, and our AI provider does not retain them after processing under our zero data retention arrangement, subject to narrow legal and safety exceptions in the provider's terms.
Personal tiers run on public sources only. You must not input inside information or confidential board material on personal tiers. You are responsible for complying with your confidentiality obligations and applicable market abuse rules.
Decidian is not a registered investment advisor or financial institution. Output should not be used as the sole basis for buy, sell, or hold decisions on securities.
Free reports are for reasonable personal use. Automated scraping, bulk analysis, or reselling outputs is not permitted.
Decidian is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions made based on our analysis. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
