Access to Decidian is supplied through a private order agreed directly with BrightBoard AS. The applicable scope, fees, billing schedule, renewal terms, and rights to end the service are set out in that order or your receipt. If those documents conflict with these public terms, the order governs the commercial terms.
All analysis is generated by artificial intelligence (EU AI Act Art. 50). Output may contain errors, outdated information, or incomplete analysis. Always verify critical numbers independently before acting.Decidian does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis. Your inputs are not used to train AI models, and our AI provider does not retain them after processing under our zero data retention arrangement, subject to narrow legal and safety exceptions in the provider's terms.
Decidian uses public sources only. You must not input inside information or confidential board material. You are responsible for complying with your confidentiality obligations and applicable market abuse rules.
